TSC personnel hold respected certifications and affiliations from leading organizations such as ISC2, ISACA, EC-Council, Scrum Alliance, and PMI.Position Type: Full-TimeWork Location: Hybrid (U.S. based - Washington D.C.)Clearance: Active Secret clearance requiredReporting To: Program Manager / Government Privacy LeadPosition Overview:Tyger is seeking a Privacy Analyst to support and manage federal privacy compliance activities for a federal client’s systems and programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end privacy documentation, data mapping, and compliance reporting in alignment with federal privacy laws, OMB guidance, and agency policy.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of federal privacy compliance documentation, including:Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs)Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)System of Records Notices (SORNs)Develop and maintain system data inventories and data flow mapsAnalyze system architectures and business processes to identify privacy risksProduce accurate privacy documentation and legal-ready reports within defined timelinesCoordinate with system owners, ISSOs, legal counsel, and program staff to validate privacy requirementsSupport audits, assessments, and internal reviews related to privacy complianceEnsure alignment with federal privacy statutes, OMB guidance, and agency-specific privacy policiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or a related field2–5 years of experience supporting or managing federal privacy programsHands-on experience authoring PTAs, PIAs, and SORNsExperience developing data maps and privacy compliance documentation under deadline pressureStrong analytical, writing, and coordination skillsDesired Experience / Knowledge:Familiarity with FISMA-moderate systems and federal IT environmentsExperience working alongside cybersecurity and RMF teamsUnderstanding of federal privacy governance and reporting workflowsSecurity Requirement:Active DoD Secret clearance is requiredSalary Range:$85,000-$95,000 / year
