Private Banking Analyst

Role PurposeSupport the development and execution of the Private Banking growth strategy byanalyzing wealth opportunities, identifying target client segments, and enablingimplementation of products, advisory capabilities, digital platforms, and operatingmodel enhancements required to increase investment revenue and AUM.The role will support initiatives aimed at attracting international wealth flows fromIndia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt into the bank’s Qatar and Switzerlandbooking centers.b. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Wealth Analytics1. Analyze Private Banking portfolios, deposits, investment penetration, andwealth trends.2. Identify high-potential prospects and target wealth segments.3. Support development of client personas and acquisition strategies.4. Conduct market and competitor benchmarking.Product & Proposition Development1. Support assessment of product gaps and advisory capabilities.2. Gather and document requirements for new investment, lending, and advisorysolutions.3. Assist in developing differentiated Private Banking propositions.4. Proactive ideas and solution to the business lead.RM & Advisory Enablement1. Support RM coverage and productivity frameworks.2. Assist in defining training and capability development requirements.3. Support implementation of advisory processes and portfolio reviewframeworks.Digital Wealth & Client Journey Transformation1. Analyze current client journeys and identify opportunities for enhancement.2. Support implementation of digital wealth platform capabilities.3. Assist in designing onboarding, advisory, servicing, and investment executionjourneys.Stakeholder Coordination & Delivery1. Coordinate with Private Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations,and Technology teams.2. Support implementation of strategic growth initiatives.3. Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.Performance Monitoring & Reporting1. Develop dashboards and reports tracking AUM growth, investmentpenetration, wealth acquisition, and RM productivity.2. Monitor outcomes against strategic objectives.3. Provide analytical insights to support business decision-making.d. Experience & ProfileExperience1. 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management,Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or BankingTransformation.2. Experience supporting wealth management or advisory initiatives preferred.3. Exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments and investment products isadvantageous.Profile1. Strong understanding of Private Banking, investment products, and wealthadvisory models.2. Experience in client analytics, segmentation, and business requirementsgathering.3. Knowledge of portfolio advisory, wealth lending, and digital wealth capabilities.4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.5. Experience supporting growth and transformation initiatives.6. Based in Qatar.7. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
