Barza Consulting is hiring on behalf of an international investment firm based in DIFC, Dubai, for a Relationship Manager-Private Banking.This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional with an established network of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals across the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients across the Middle East.Acquire new clients and expand the firm's private banking and investment client base.Build and maintain trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, business owners and affluent individuals.Understand clients' investment objectives and provide tailored investment and wealth management solutions.Leverage an established Middle East network to generate new business and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.Collaborate with investment, product and advisory teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.Drive client engagement, retention and long-term relationship growth.RequirementsProven experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management or Family Offices.Strong track record of managing HNW and UHNW clients.Existing and transferable client book or a strong, demonstrable client network across the Middle East is essential.Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management and financial markets.Previous banking experience is highly advantageous.Multilingual capability is essential, with fluency in English and additional Middle Eastern or international languages preferred.Established relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, business owners and/or other affluent client segments.Strong business development, relationship management and communication skills.UAE/DIFC experience would be an advantage.
