About the RoleWe are looking for a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented Private Cabin Crew to deliver an exceptional inflight and ground-based experience to a UHNWI family and their guests. You will uphold the highest standards of safety, privacy, and personalized service, ensuring every journey and engagement is seamless, secure, and memorable.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver world-class hospitality and personalized service on boardManage all cabin safety and emergency procedures with diligenceCoordinate seamlessly with flight deck and ground staff for smooth operationsMaintain strict discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesOversee cabin presentation, cleanliness, and passenger comfortAttend to special dietary, medical, and personal requests with efficiency and careConduct detailed pre-flight and post-flight cabin checksProvide personal assistance to the principal and family, including handling schedules, travel logistics, packing/unpacking, and on-ground errandsAnticipate and respond to the individual needs of the principal and guests both inflight and on the groundSupport VIP and family requests with tact, cultural awareness, and the utmost respect for privacyMinimum RequirementsValid Cabin Crew Attestation / License (GCAA, EASA, or equivalent)Minimum 3 years’ experience in VIP/private jet or luxury airline cabin serviceFluent English (additional languages a plus)Strong knowledge of safety procedures and first aidPolished, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and operate discreetlyComfortable with international travel and irregular schedulesPreferred AttributesExperience with Airbus A320 family or similar business jetsFamiliarity with VIP/UHNWI service protocols and etiquetteUAE-based candidates preferred, relocation (optional for right candidates)Multilingual skills a strong advantagePositive, flexible attitude and team player mindsetWhat’s OfferedCompetitive salary, DOELuxury uniformLong-term, confidential contract with a respected private principalSend your updated resume to TA@besmartsrv.com with the subject line "Application for Private Cabin Crew"
