Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida | On-SitePackage: Basic salary + uncapped commission up to 30%Alternative: 1099 opportunities available with generous commission splitsAbout the OpportunityJoin a highly successful and growing private aviation brokerage with more qualified inbound charter enquiries than the existing sales team can currently process.With an established lead-generation platform and dedicated aircraft sourcing and operations teams, you won’t be expected to build a desk entirely from scratch.

Instead, you’ll be able to focus on converting live charter opportunities, developing client relationships and maximising repeat business, whilst still having the freedom to build your own portfolio.For an experienced broker looking for strong inbound lead flow, dedicated operational support and significant earning potential, this is an opportunity to join an established platform with the infrastructure already in place to help you perform.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound private charter enquiries
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend private charter solutions
• Work alongside the dedicated aircraft sourcing team to identify and secure suitable aircraft options
• Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build long-term relationships to maximise repeat and referral business
• Develop your own book of business alongside existing inbound opportunities
• Work closely with the dedicated operations team to support seamless trip delivery
• Maintain a high level of client service throughout the charter process
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and generate additional revenue
• Support wider business development and company growth
• Participate in out-of-hours and weekend coverage when required
• Represent the business at relevant client functions and industry events
• Travel occasionally for client meetings, events and wider business activitiesWhat We’re Looking For
• Previous experience within private jet charter sales / brokering
• Strong understanding of the on-demand private aviation market
• Proven ability to convert charter enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue and margin
• Ability to build and develop long-term client relationships
• Comfortable managing a high volume of live charter opportunities
• Ability to proactively develop new business alongside inbound opportunities
• Good knowledge of aircraft types and private charter solutions
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple client requirements
• Motivated by a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
• Strong client-first mentality and high standards of service
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales platforms, including SalesforceWhat’s on Offer
