HIRING: PRIVATE CHEF – INDIANCUISINELocation: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Position: Private Chef – Live-in Salary: SAR 8,000 – 15,000/monthContract: 2 Years (Renewable)👤 Vacancy: 1We are looking for an experienced Private Chef for a private family residence in Jeddah.Key Requirements:• 8–10+ years of professional culinary experience• Minimum 3 years as a Private/Personal Chef in a family residence, villa, 5-star hotel or fine-dining environment• Expert knowledge of Indiancuisine across different regions• Strong knowledge of Multicuisine, Middle Eastern, Saudi, Continental & International cuisines• Good knowledge of Desserts• Experience preparing vegan, vegetarian, Jain, gluten-free and dairy-free meals• Ability to prepare safe meals for a family member with lactose intolerance/allergies• Strong understanding of food allergies, cross-contamination prevention and HACCP/food safety• Experience with menu planning, grocery sourcing, inventory and dinner-party catering• HACCP / Food Hygiene certification mandatory• Good spoken English; Hindi/Urdu preferred• Must be discreet, trustworthy, well-groomed and professional• Non-smoker and willing to work live-in🏠 Package: Private accommodation, meals, utilities, medical insurance, annual return ticket and paid annual leave.Priority will be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia.
