Offering Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Measure and Bespoke, Knatchbull is built around exceptional product, highly personalised service and long-term client relationships.Role Description The Private Client Manager is responsible for owning, developing and growing a portfolio of high-value private clients globally, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience while driving retention, frequency and lifetime value.Acting as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio, the Private Client Manager will develop a deep understanding of each client - from preferences, sizing and wardrobe needs to purchase history, lifestyle, locations and key dates - and use these insights to build thoughtful, individual client strategies.Working closely with the Head of Trunk Shows & Private Clients and the wider client, retail, tailoring and production teams, the role will proactively manage clienteling throughout the year, identify opportunities across both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure, and ensure a seamless experience across Knatchbull’s different channels and touchpoints.Qualifications • Own and develop an assigned portfolio of high-value private clients as their primary relationship owner.• Build deep knowledge of each client, including preferences, sizing, wardrobe, purchase history, lifestyle, locations and key dates.• Develop individual client strategies focused on retention, repeat purchase, frequency and spend.• Proactively manage client outreach and clienteling throughout the year, not only around trunk shows or events.• Identify opportunities across Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure, introducing relevant products, services and experiences.• Maintain a strong pipeline of client opportunities, follow-ups and next actions.• Invite and convert relevant clients into trunk show, store and private appointments, working closely with the Trunk Show team and store team.• Prepare comprehensive client briefs ahead of appointments to ensure tailoring and attending teams understand the client and commercial opportunity.• Conduct appointments and support the end-to-end client journey where appropriate.• Own post-appointment follow-up and maintain the relationship beyond individual transactions or events.• Ensure client profiles, preferences, interactions and opportunities are accurately maintained within the CRM.• Identify opportunities for referrals, introductions, client reactivation and new-client acquisition through the existing network.• Work closely with the Head of Trunk Shows & Private Clients on VIC strategy, client segmentation and commercial priorities.• Contribute to key client KPIs including portfolio revenue, retention, repeat purchase rate, appointment conversion, client reactivation, new clients/referrals, RTW/MTM penetration, average client spend and CRM/clienteling activity.
