About the RoleWe are looking for a Private Client Manager – Corporate Services to manage a portfolio of private and corporate clients and act as their primary point of contact for their administrative and corporate requirements in the UAE.This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across different teams and taking ownership of matters from start to finish.You will work closely with clients as well as internal specialists across Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance and Operations, and coordinate with external parties including PROs, Free Zones, government authorities and banks.This is not a back-office administrative position. You will personally own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for ensuring their requests are followed through until completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with a portfolio of private and corporate clients.Act as the main point of contact for clients' day-to-day corporate and administrative requirements.Coordinate company incorporations, amendments, licence renewals and related corporate matters.Coordinate visa applications, renewals, Emirates IDs, dependent visas, re-entry permits and other immigration-related matters.Coordinate with PROs, Free Zones and government authorities to ensure client requests are processed efficiently.Assist clients with corporate and personal bank account opening processes and follow up on outstanding requirements.Coordinate KYC, compliance and documentation requests.Liaise with Accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax teams on client requirements.Coordinate with Legal and other internal specialists when required.Support clients with foundations, corporate structures and related documentation.Monitor important deadlines, renewals and outstanding client requirements.Handle general administrative and corporate requests from clients.Provide first-level guidance and coordinate with the relevant specialist where technical advice is required.Maintain regular communication with clients and provide clear updates on the progress of their requests.Proactively follow up with internal teams and external service providers until matters are fully resolved.Identify potential issues or delays and take action before they become problems.Maintain accurate records of client matters, deadlines and follow-ups.You should be someone who:Takes responsibility without needing constant follow-up.Is proactive and naturally looks for solutions.Follows through on commitments.Responds quickly and keeps clients informed.Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Is comfortable coordinating with different departments and external parties.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Candidate Profile3+ years of experience in corporate services, business setup, fiduciary services, trust administration, private client services, wealth administration, family office, private banking client services or a similar environment.Strong UAE experience and familiarity with UAE corporate and administrative processes.Experience dealing directly with clients and managing multiple client matters simultaneously.Good understanding of company incorporation, licensing, visas, banking, KYC/compliance and related UAE processes.Experience coordinating with PROs, Free Zones, banks, government authorities and internal specialists.Strong organisational and follow-up skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable communicating with clients through email, WhatsApp and telephone.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.Practical, resourceful and solution-oriented approach.Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve the relevant specialist.Commercial awareness and a strong service-oriented approach.AdvantageousFrench language skills are highly advantageous.Experience working with HNWIs, private clients or international clients.Experience in DIFC or ADGM corporate services.Experience with foundations, fiduciary structures or corporate structuring.Previous experience in a premium business setup or corporate services environment.Experience working with Accounting, Tax, Legal or Compliance teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Professional and international working environment.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of private and corporate clients.Opportunity to work across corporate services, accounting, tax, legal and compliance functions.A role with significant client ownership and responsibility.Opportunities for professional growth within a growing corporate services environment.
