To provide back up for the Assistant Manager, take responsibility for supervising and coordinating the daily Private Dining activities and maintaining the highest standard of service established by the hotel.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star international hotelStrong Private Dining/In-Room-Dining/F&B experienceExcellent communication and coordination skillsAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentOrganized, efficient, and positive with a strong guest-service focusStrong upselling skills; HACCP training is an advantageAdditional language skills are an advantage
