Private Equity Intern-to-Analyst Track (Berlin / Hybrid)

Arbor Capital is a Buy-and-Build private equity fund founded by two large-cap PE investors (ex-Bain Capital, Blackstone, SVP, 3i, and TowerBrook). We focus on Buy-and-Build platform investments in B2B and high-value manufacturing industries in DACH and the UK. Our differentiation is operational: we drive hands-on operational improvement and partner with SMEs and founders to build durable, market-leading businesses.Our first platform, Neuplaner, an audit, tax and accounting roll-up, has raised €100M from leading institutional investors and acquires 7–10 firms p.a. We are now building three additional platforms, which we intend to bring to market over the coming period.This is a full-time role with a clear destination. The internship is the gateway; strong performers convert to a permanent Analyst role.
