Private Equity Senior Analyst

We are seeking an experienced analyst to be Fund Manager to oversee fund operations, investment execution, and portfolio performance in a dynamic, hands-on environment.Position Overview:You will oversee the full lifecycle of our funds, including investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and investor engagement. You will play a pivotal role in driving investment strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance. This role offers significant visibility and impact across all aspects of the fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund investments, including evaluating deals, coordinating execution, and managing portfolio performance.
• Manage fund operations, including capital deployment, cash calls, distributions, lifecycle oversight, and portfolio monitoring.
• Develop and execute exit strategies for portfolio investments.
• Ensure investments are aligned with fund mandates, investor objectives, and risk tolerance.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with advisors, lawyers, consultants, and regulators.
• Prepare and present regular reports to investors on fund performance, pipeline, and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and fiduciary standards.
• Provide market insights and analysis to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Prepare investment offering documents for new investment funds in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fund strategy with investor expectations and growth objectives. Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in managing Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds.
• Strong track record in negotiation, structuring, and closing.
• Experience with investor reporting, fund governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently in hands-on environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; adept at client and investor relationship management.
• Experience across real estate or alternative investments is a plus.
• Professional qualification such as CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
