This is a chance to apply your international kindergarten expertise in a warm, personalised environment where your teaching can have a truly lasting impact.What You'll DoDesign and deliver a developmentally appropriate, play-based learning programme tailored to child's age and interests (0–6 years)Support early language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development in an immersive English-speaking environmentManage daily routines — meals, naps, outings, and schedules — with warmth and consistencyFoster independence, good manners, curiosity, and a genuine love of learningTrack developmental milestones and coordinate with the family (and, where relevant, schools) on the child's progressManage overall educational resource, and play a critical contact window between famiy and school.Travel with the family domestically and internationally as neededMaintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home learning environmentWho You AreNative or native-level English speaker with excellent communication skillsBackground in early childhood education, with international kindergarten teaching experience essentialRelevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, teaching (PGCE/QTS), or a recognised pedagogy (Montessori/AMI, IB PYP, Waldorf) — preferred3–5+ years of hands-on experience with children aged 0–6Pediatric First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Clean criminal record / background checkMandarin proficiency is a plus, but not requiredWarm, patient, discreet, and highly professional; able to work autonomously and adapt to the rhythms of a private householdWhat We OfferHighly competitive compensation package, commensurate with experienceAccommodation and travel arrangements provided as applicableA respectful, supportive working relationship with the familyThe opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's formative years
