The Private Investor will focus on identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities that support YooKatale’s growth in the mobile food market and its expansion strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market analyses, reviewing business models, assessing risk and return profiles, and collaborating with YooKatale’s leadership team on capital allocation and funding decisions. The role involves building relationships with co-investors, partners, and stakeholders, monitoring portfolio performance, and recommending adjustments to investment strategies as needed. The Private Investor will also contribute to strategic planning, support governance and compliance with relevant regulations, and ensure that investments align with YooKatale’s mission, vision, and values.Qualifications Strong skills in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio management to assess and manage YooKatale’s current and future investments.Experience in venture capital, private equity, impact investing, or angel investing, ideally with exposure to emerging markets, food systems, or technology-driven businesses.Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and interpret economic and industry trends to inform investment decisions.Proficiency in risk assessment, due diligence, and valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparables, scenario analysis) for early-stage and growth-stage companies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with founders, partners, and co-investors.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning investments to YooKatale’s mission of food accessibility and healthy communities.Comfort working in a hybrid environment (onsite in Dubai and remote) and collaborating across cultures and geographies.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and
