Lead AI and data product initiatives for secondary investment data.Use GenAI/LLMs, NLP, OCR, and automation to extract structured data from unstructured documents.Build reporting, analytics, client/RFP datasets, and automated workflows.Establish data quality, governance, and AI validation controls.Partner with Investment, Technology, Product, Data, and Operations teams.
Requirements
6–9+ years in data strategy, analytics, data products, BI, or financial data.Hands-on GenAI/LLM and document-extraction experience.Strong SQL and/or Python skills.Experience with AI pipelines, automation, and data governance.Private markets/private equity/secondaries experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with PitchBook, Preqin, CapIQ, or Bloomberg is a plus.Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
