The Private Security Officer will provide close protection and security oversight for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their safety during daily activities, travel, and events. Typical responsibilities include monitoring premises, managing access control, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with household staff and external security providers, and responding quickly and professionally to potential threats or incidents. The role also involves planning secure routes, maintaining situational awareness at all times, handling sensitive information discreetly, and preparing concise security reports. The Private Security Officer is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while adapting to changing schedules and environments.Qualifications Experience in private, corporate, or executive protection, with strong skills in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and situational awareness.Background in physical security operations, including surveillance, access control, and incident response in high-profile or high-risk environments.Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant regulations, ideally with experience in the Middle East or international settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with household staff and other service providers.High level of physical fitness, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-changing situations.Previous military, law enforcement, or private security experience is highly beneficial.Professional security or protection certifications are an advantage (e.g., close protection training, first aid/CPR, defensive driving).Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.Valid passport and ability to travel as needed, with a clean background and strong references.
