Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Tutor and Nanny role based in Dubai. The role involves providing individualized academic support, helping with homework, test preparation, and enrichment activities in line with the child’s school curriculum and learning goals. The Private Tutor and Nanny will design engaging learning sessions, encourage creativity, and support language development while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. Daily responsibilities include supervising routines, organizing educational and recreational activities, assisting with meals, and coordinating schedules and transportation as needed. The role also requires clear communication with parents or guardians, sharing regular updates on progress and wellbeing, and collaborating on any adjustments to learning plans or care routines.QualificationsStrong educational support skills, including tutoring experience, lesson planning, and familiarity with school curricula or learning standards.Childcare and nanny skills, such as age-appropriate supervision, behavior guidance, and creating structured yet flexible daily routines.Communication and interpersonal strengths, including clear spoken and written communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with children and families.Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing schedules, coordinating activities, and maintaining a tidy, safe environment.Cultural awareness and adaptability, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and an interest in creativity.Relevant education, such as a degree or certification in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Previous experience as a tutor, teacher, nanny, or in a similar child-focused role; experience in Dubai or an international setting is an advantage.Ability to work full time on-site in Dubai, with reliability, professionalism, and discretion in handling family matters and confidential information.
