Job Title: Private TutorLocation: UAESalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per monthBenefits: Visa, Health Insurance, Transportation ProvidedJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Tutor to provide one-on-one educational and developmental support for a child in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience implementing ABA programs under professional supervision. The tutor will support the child's learning, development, and daily activities while promoting independence and positive behavioral outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized educational and developmental support to the child.Implement ABA-based strategies and intervention plans under supervision.Support the child's academic, social, communication, and behavioral development.Accompany and assist the child during educational and developmental activities when required.Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports.Collaborate effectively with parents, supervisors, and other professionals involved in the child's care.Create engaging and creative learning activities tailored to the child's needs.Ensure the child's safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.Utilize a laptop proficiently for documentation, communication, and reporting.RequirementsCertified ABAT, RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), or equivalent ABA certification.Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Proven experience implementing ABA techniques under professional supervision.Ability to provide supervisor contact details for reference verification and recommendation purposes.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Tagalog speaker.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Punctual, reliable, and professional.Proficient in using laptops and standard computer applications.Creative, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children.Ability to effectively manage stress and emotions in a professional manner.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.BenefitsSalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per monthEmployment Visa providedHealth Insurance providedTransportation to and from residence provided by the familyPreferred: Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
