The firm also serves as honorary auditor for multiple business councils and associations, reflecting its strong professional reputation and community engagement.Role Description The Private Tutor will provide individualized academic support to learners, helping them understand and master subjects aligned with school curricula and exam requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves planning and delivering tailored lesson plans, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one or small group sessions, preparing learning materials and practice exercises, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback to learners and, where applicable, their guardians. The Private Tutor will also help learners develop effective study habits, test-taking strategies, and confidence in their academic abilities, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the firm’s team when needed.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in core academic areas (such as mathematics, accounting, business, English, or related disciplines) and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Demonstrated instructional skills, including lesson planning, differentiated teaching, and use of varied teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate learners, and provide constructive feedback.Proficiency in organizing schedules, managing multiple learners, and maintaining accurate progress and assessment records.Experience with exam preparation, curriculum alignment, and academic performance coaching is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant academic field, or an equivalent qualification; teaching certifications or tutoring experience are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a professional, ethical, and learner-focused approach.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken in the region.
