Instead, we're looking for an adviser who has already demonstrated success, has a small but developing client bank, and is seeking a firm that offers stronger support, better infrastructure and greater career progression.About the RoleWorking alongside an experienced and highly respected leadership team, you will provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to both existing and prospective clients.You'll benefit from a collaborative environment where advisers are encouraged to build long-term client relationships while receiving ongoing support across lead generation, business development, compliance and administration.This role provides an excellent balance between developing your own client portfolio and working with high-quality opportunities generated through the firm's marketing and referral network.What We're Looking ForWe would love to hear from professionals who have:

• CISI Level 4 qualification (essential)
• Experience advising clients within Wealth Management or Financial Planning
• An existing portfolio of clients and assets under management, however modest
• A genuine passion for holistic financial planning rather than product-led advice
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• A consultative, ethical and client-first approach
• Strong commercial awareness and the ambition to continue growing their client bank
