Apply & track with Apply EdgeAs PRM Project Coordinator, you will facilitate the commercial and contract management of operating power plants under the Defects Notification Period (DNP)—from Taking-Over Certificate issuance to Final Payment release—and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the PRM Manager, ARI PDE Team, O&M Team, Project Managers, AP Legal, Contractors, and Service Providers to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Facilitate the protection of project contractual interests while maintaining a sustainable commercial relationship with the EPC Contractor. Coordinate with Project Managers, O&M Leaders, Cost Engineers, and Contracts Compliance Engineers to prepare Contractual Letters, handle change requests/claims, endorse site procurements, and secure FINLOA approvals. Implement established commercial structures for DNP projects by guiding the O&M Team in executing contract provisions, escalating critical risks/issues, and closing contracts. Facilitate risk management, issue management, and contract lessons learned during DNP for continuous process improvement and endorsement to PCG and PPCM teams. To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:Demonstrates strong contract analysis capabilities to manage provisions, obligations, stakeholder requests, and dispute resolutions effectively. Possesses an investigative mindset paired with articulate, factual, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Proactively anticipates, mitigates, and navigates project risks by identifying root causes and establishing treatment monitoring plans. What You Will Need:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Law, or a related field. 2 years of relevant experience as a Contract/Commercial Engineer. 1 year of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager. Knowledge and application of Contracts Management on Complex Projects or Utility Scale Generation Plant Construction. Technical / Functional Skills:Proficiency in FIDIC Contracts (Silver, Red, and Yellow Books). Strong skills in project management, contract & agreement administration, project integration, risk management, cost control, and project communication. Ability to implement commercial structures, manage DNP documentation integrity, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
