PRO Administrator (UAE National)

COYA continues to grow, we are always looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want to build an international career.We are seeking an experienced PRO Administrator (UAE National) to join COYA Dubai.An ideal PRO Administrator will:Act as the main point of contact between COYA employees and the external PRO company for all immigration-related matters.Coordinate with employees regarding document updates, renewals, and immigration timelines.Coordinate new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, work permits and registrations through our external PRO in UAE.Respond to employee queries related to immigration status.Track immigration applications, approvals, and expiry dates, ensuring timelines are followed up accurately.Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR files.Stay up to date on any changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and regulatory updates for coordination and compliance purposes.Requirements:Proven experience as a PRO Administrator role in the UAE, minimum of 1 - 2 years.Strong understanding of UAE labor law and immigration processes.Experience coordinating with an external PRO provider is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees.Good written and spoken English.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.We take care of our people by providing:Full training and induction.A competitive salary.A fun workplace and great work-life balance.Family meals twice a day.Paid holidays as per UAE Labor Law.PensionGreat discounts at some of UAE best restaurants.How to Apply:If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey, please apply with your CV and tell us why you are the perfect candidate for the job.
