The role combines day-to-day production support with involvement in technology transfer, process optimisation, and production equipment upgrade projects between China and the Netherlands.Beyond technical process engineering, this position requires strong cross-functional coordination and cross-cultural communication skills. You will work closely with process engineering teams in China, the local production team in the Netherlands, and other stakeholders, including supply chain, to support stable production and ensure the successful implementation of technical improvement projects.Outstanding fresh graduates with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical process engineering expertise, gain international project exposure, and build a career within a European chemical manufacturing environment.二、主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities1. 生产计划与工艺支持 / Production Planning and Process Support协助制定日常生产计划及每周、每月滚动排产计划，跟踪产能负荷、生产进度及订单交付情况。Support daily production planning and weekly/monthly rolling schedules, tracking capacity utilisation, production progress, and order fulfilment.为生产稳定运行及产品实现提供工艺支持，包括工艺参数确认、批次异常处理及生产现场协调。Provide process support to ensure stable production and product realisation, including process parameter verification, batch deviation handling, and on-site coordination.协助解决过滤、灌装等关键生产环节的瓶颈问题，提升生产效率及生产计划执行率。Help address bottlenecks in critical production stages, such as filtration and filling, to improve operational efficiency and schedule adherence.与供应链及生产团队合作，推进积压订单清理、批次规模优化及换线损耗降低等改善工作。Work with supply chain and production teams on backlog reduction, batch-size optimisation, and changeover loss reduction initiatives.2. 中荷技术转移与工艺升级项目 / China–Netherlands Technology Transfer and Process Upgrade Projects作为中国工艺工程师团队与荷兰埃德工厂之间的现场协调窗口，协助推进技术转移及工艺落地工作。Act as an on-site coordination contact between the China-based process engineering team and the Ede plant, supporting technology transfer and process implementation.协助整理、审核及更新工艺文件、技术资料和相关操作文件，确保信息准确并便于现场执行。Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating process documentation, technical materials, and relevant operating procedures to support accurate and effective implementation.配合开展设备状况确认、工艺验证、试生产及试运行协调工作。Coordinate equipment condition assessments, process validation, pilot production, and trial runs.跟踪工艺改造及设备升级项目的实施进度、预算执行情况和现场工作安排。Track implementation progress, budget utilisation, and on-site activities for process modification and equipment upgrade projects.协调中国技术人员赴荷兰期间的现场安排、技术资料准备及跨团队沟通。Coordinate on-site arrangements, technical documentation, and cross-team communication for visits by engineers from China.协助准备涉及危险化学工艺转移或调整的合规文件及分阶段申报材料，配合相关团队开展与荷兰监管要求有关的工作。Support the preparation of compliance documentation and phased submission materials relating to hazardous chemical process transfers or modifications, working with relevant teams to address applicable Dutch regulatory requirements.3. 工艺优化与安全合规 / Process Improvement, Safety and Compliance协助识别生产流程中的效率提升机会，参与工艺优化、设备改进及持续改善项目。Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and contribute to process optimisation, equipment improvement, and continuous improvement projects.配合生产、工程及 EHS 团队落实相关安全、环境及操作规范。Work with production, engineering, and EHS teams to support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operating requirements.参与技术问题分析、异常原因排查及改进措施跟踪，协助提升生产稳定性和工艺可靠性。Participate in technical problem-solving, deviation investigations, and corrective action follow-up to improve production stability and process reliability.三、任职要求 / Requirements学历与专业 / Education and Qualifications化学工程、化学工艺、过程工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历。Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.欢迎优秀应届毕业生申请；具备精细化工、特种化学品或化工生产相关经验者优先。Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing will be preferred.专业技能 / Technical Skills对化工生产流程、反应釜操作、工艺设计或生产现场管理有一定了解；有相关实习、研究或项目经验者优先。Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, reactor operations, process design, or shop-floor operations.
