Process Engineer

Principal ResponsibilitiesMonitor biological treatment performance and recommend operating setpoints and process adjustments.Review influent variability, process trends, laboratory data and SCADA information to maintain effluent compliance.Support FCR stabilization, troubleshooting, biological testing and performance optimization.Coordinate FCR-specific technical matters and training with the Technology Provider during mobilization/handover.Support root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for process upsets or performance deviations.Preferred Profile / Recruitment DifferentiatorsPreferred: direct biological wastewater process engineering and optimization experience.Preferred: attached-growth/fixed-bed biological treatment experience. Organica FCR experience is advantageous, but project-specific FCR training is planned during mobilization.Preferred for sourcing: strong ability to interpret process, laboratory and SCADA trends; role competency will also be validated during mobilization and training.Mobilization / Competency RequirementsComplete project induction and applicable safety/emergency training before independent duty.Participate in system-specific training applicable to the role during handover, including FCR, SCADA and major plant equipment where relevant.Maintain role-required certifications and training records; participate in annual refresher and cross-training program.Be included in the project competency matrix, with training, certification, refresher status and cross-training capability maintained throughout deployment.
