Job Description

• ​Engineering Transfer & NPI: Receive designs and technical documents from the R&D team, converting them into standard operating procedures for the production floor.- ​Trial Production: Organize sample assembly and monitor trial runs (DVT, PVT, PP) to identify and resolve issues prior to mass production.- ​Design Issue Resolution: Address and drive solutions for design-related issues.- ​Production Line Defect Analysis: Analyze defects on the assembly line, implement corrective actions, and ensure FPY- ​Field Failure Analysis: Analyze field returns, write customer failure analysis reports, and provide improvement plans.- ​Process Optimization: Develop assembly processes, design, and validate jigs and fixtures.- ​Engineering Change Management: Manage EC and CR processes.3. Job Requirements- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.- ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates from HCMUT / HCMUTE.- Strong logical thinking and multitasking abilities.- ​Technical Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and operating 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).- ​Languages: TOEIC L/R 600+; Chinese is a plus.4.
