This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing new manufacturing operations from the ground up, supporting the installation, commissioning, qualification and ramp-up of advanced e-powertrain production lines.As a Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of a large-scale electric vehicle manufacturing launch, working within a highly international environment and helping to bring cutting-edge technology into full-scale production.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop manufacturing processes within your designated production areaLead equipment commissioning, qualification activities and production readinessDrive APQP, PPAP and process validation activitiesOptimise cycle times, line balancing and manufacturing efficiencyLead root cause investigations and structured problem-solving activitiesImprove quality, yield, downtime performance and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)Implement process controls, SPC and traceability systemsWork closely with suppliers, quality teams and production stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives throughout ramp-up and full-scale productionTrain and mentor production technicians and operatorsRequirementsDegree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics or related Engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing environmentsStrong process engineering experience within automotive, powertrain, electronics, electric motors, battery, or related manufacturing sectorsExperience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans and process validationStrong knowledge of SPC, DOE, MSA and capability analysisHands-on experience supporting production lines and manufacturing operationsExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsFluent English communication skillsHighly DesirableExperience in EV, e-motor, inverter, power electronics or e-axle manufacturingGreenfield plant launch or large-scale manufacturing ramp-up experienceIATF 16949 exposureLean Six Sigma certificationExperience with automation, robotics or advanced manufacturing technologiesWhat's On Offer?Tax-free earningsSalary paid in USDAccommodation and additional benefits providedVisa sponsorship and full relocation supportOpportunity to work on one of the region's most significant EV manufacturing programmesLong-term project running through to the end of 2027 with potential extensionsExposure to advanced manufacturing technologies and large-scale industrial operationsInternational, highly collaborative working environment
