Process Engineer – Fresh Graduates Only

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support as necessaryEstablish process metrics and goalsDevelop and issue process designsImprove production processes to cut waste and raise efficiency.Set and maintain process parameters and SOPs.Find the cause of defects and deviations, and fix them.Track process data and report problems and improvement ideas.Support new products and equipment changes, and train operatorsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical EngineeringFamiliarity with process controlExcellent written and oral skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
