Process Engineer / Project Engineer

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Process Engineer / Project Engineer to support the development, optimization, and implementation of engineering processes and technical projects. This role combines process improvement, project coordination, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure engineering activities are completed efficiently and meet required quality and performance standards.The Process Engineer will analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities may include process mapping, equipment evaluation, production analysis, troubleshooting, process validation, technical documentation, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.The Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of engineering projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage project requirements, schedules, technical documentation, resources, and project deliverables.Both roles require strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. You will participate in testing, commissioning, inspections, technical reviews, and project reporting while identifying potential risks and supporting corrective actions. The role also involves improving engineering procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring projects and processes align with applicable technical, safety, and quality requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of engineering principles, process improvement, and project management fundamentals.Knowledge of process analysis, workflow optimization, equipment performance, and production systems.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation.Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.Understanding of testing, commissioning, inspection, quality control, and engineering validation processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, or similar tools for technical analysis and project reporting.Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, project management platforms, or engineering software is advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical issues and develop practical solutions.Ability to prepare engineering reports, project documentation, work procedures, and technical specifications.Good communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple engineering activities.Proactive mindset with an interest in process optimization, project delivery, engineering innovation, and continuous improvement.
