Job Title: Process Excellence Manager – Mid-LevelLocation: HyderabadExperience: 15+ YearsNotice period: Immediate to 30 daysPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence Manager to lead strategic transformationinitiatives across business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Six Sigma, processautomation, and AI/Gen AI technologies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects andmeasurable cost savings. This role requires a techno-functional mindset and the ability to drive innovationthrough data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies.Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-basedsolutions.Drive AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, including use cases such assummarization, transcript analysis, and intelligent automation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery of quantifiablesavings.Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensurecompliance and standardization.Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities in process excellence.Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with strategicobjectives.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains.Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including practical applications in business operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred AttributesExperience in global process deployments and managing cross-functional teams.Familiarity with AI governance, model assurance, and responsible AI practices.Understanding of techno-functional workflows, bridging business needs with technical solutions.Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
