Location: MakatiExperience Level: Fresh Graduates / Entry LevelAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Industrial Engineering graduate to join our team as a Process Improvement Analyst. In this role, you will support process development and continuous improvement projects by analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting processes, and working with different teams to implement better ways of working.This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Process Improvement, Business Process Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.What You'll DoSupport global and local Process Development (PD) and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from planning through implementation.Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.Assist with current-state and future-state process mapping activities.Gather and analyze operational data, metrics, and KPIs to support process improvement initiatives.Assist with root cause analysis and development of improvement recommendations.Support process mapping, ideation, prioritization, and improvement workshops with stakeholders.Assist in preparing project documentation such as project charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), communication plans, and implementation plans.Coordinate with process owners and relevant teams to document and implement improved processes.Maintain project actions and issues logs and provide general project coordination support.Assist in developing and delivering process improvement training and workshops.Support documentation and training related to Process Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Design Thinking.What We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.Knowledge of process mapping and process documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand and analyze business processes.Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to learn and work with different teams and business processes.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
