قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole DescriptionA Process Improvement Manager / Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing improvements, and implementing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, customer experience, and cost effectiveness. The role works closely with business leaders, operations, technology, finance, quality, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and establish sustainable process standards.Key responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, workflows, procedures, systems, and operational activities to identify bottlenecks, duplication, delays, waste, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; gathering business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process observations, data analysis, and documentation reviews; mapping current-state and future-state processes using flowcharts, process maps, SIPOC, BPMN, value-stream mapping, and other process-analysis techniques; identifying root causes of operational problems and developing practical improvement recommendations; designing optimized workflows, procedures, operating models, controls, and process standards; developing business cases, improvement proposals, cost-benefit analyses, implementation plans, and performance targets; leading process-improvement initiatives from analysis and design through implementation, testing, adoption, and post-implementation review; collaborating with business units, technology teams, project managers, quality teams, finance, compliance, and senior management to implement improvements; establishing process KPIs, SLAs, performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities; applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, and other process-optimization methodologies; conducting process audits, maturity assessments, control reviews, and operational assessments; identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, workflow optimization, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and system integration; evaluating existing technology and recommending solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual activities; working with automation and technology teams to define requirements, test solutions, validate outputs, and measure benefits; developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, work instructions, process documentation, policies, and knowledge resources; supporting organizational change by communicating process changes, preparing training materials, coordinating implementation activities, and monitoring adoption; measuring improvement outcomes including productivity, cycle time, cost reduction, quality, error rates, customer satisfaction, and service performance; monitoring implemented processes to ensure improvements are sustained and continuously optimized; preparing management reports, executive presentations, process dashboards, and improvement-status updates; supporting risk management, internal controls, governance, compliance, and operational resilience within redesigned processes; leading or mentoring process analysts and improvement teams at the Manager level; and continuously promoting a culture of operational excellence, innovation, data-driven decision-making, automation, and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business-process analysis, process optimization, workflow design, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and other improvement methodologies.Ability to create and analyze process maps, workflows, SOPs, BPMN diagrams, SIPOC models, and current-state/future-state processes.Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, quantify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations.Familiarity with process-management and visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, Bizagi, Miro, or equivalent platforms.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business-intelligence tools.Understanding of automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted process optimization.Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or equivalent automation platforms is advantageous.Knowledge of ERP, CRM, BPM, workflow-management, and enterprise technology platforms is beneficial.Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage improvement initiatives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and deliverables.Excellent stakeholder-management, facilitation, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to translate complex operational problems into practical and measurable improvement solutions.Strong understanding of KPI development, SLA management, process performance measurement, and operational reporting.Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, governance, quality management, and compliance considerations is advantageous.Familiarity with AI-powered process mining, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, digital workflows, and process-discovery technologies is beneficial.Leadership and team-management capabilities are advantageous for Manager-level responsibilities.Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PMP, CBAP, BPM certifications, or equivalent credentials are advantageous.High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and continuous-improvement mindset.Strong commitment to improving efficiency, quality, customer experience, automation, scalability, and operational performance.
