The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement practical solutions, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze operational processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste, and performance gaps.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects across operations, production, administration, and business functions.
- Apply Lean principles and methodologies to improve process efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, improvement workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities.
- Identify non-value-added activities and recommend practical solutions to eliminate waste.
- Support the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, standard work, visual management, and root-cause analysis.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process performance and improvement results.
- Establish baseline performance measurements before implementing improvement initiatives.
- Work with department leaders to define improvement objectives, action plans, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects and ensure actions are completed according to agreed timelines.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, procedures, workflows, and operating standards.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Investigate recurring operational problems and conduct structured root-cause analysis.
- Use tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and process flow analysis to identify underlying causes.
- Recommend automation, digitalization, and technology solutions to improve process efficiency where appropriate.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and verify whether targeted benefits have been achieved.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve resource utilization.
- Work with quality, operations, engineering, supply chain, and management teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Provide Lean awareness training and coaching to employees and process owners.
- Promote employee participation and encourage teams to identify and implement improvement ideas.
- Prepare project updates, management reports, performance dashboards, and improvement presentations.
- Track project benefits including productivity gains, cost savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, and waste reduction.
- Establish follow-up mechanisms to ensure improvements are sustained over the long term.✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in process improvement, Lean management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.
- Practical understanding of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
- Experience with data visualization, process analytics, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong project-management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and work effectively with employees at different organizational levels.
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple improvement projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to measurable results.

- Lean Six Sigma certification such as Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt is highly advantageous.
