This position is based at our plant in Estrées Saint Denis (10 minutes from Compiègne – Oise) and will include regular travels across Europe. Process Integration Project Leader Reporting to the Process Manager, this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Process Engineering team, with the main following missions:As Process Integration Project Leader you will:Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiencyDevelop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs Support the rollout of JSP automated equipment across EMEA, including FAT, SOP and troubleshooting.Reduce the environmental impact of the existing production site (reduce CO2 emission, energy and water consumption)Lead projects and be accountable for the outcomeConduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operationsAct as Technical link between cross-functional colleagues and customers to ensure efficient and effective productionYour profile: Master’s degree in process or manufacturing engineering Knowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materials Ability and motivation to develop programs using Python, SQL databases and industrial PLC languagesStrong project management skillsCustomer-facing experience and the ability to work autonomouslyExperience in equipment installation or industrial implementation projects.Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in international environment. Additional European language skills would be in advantage.
