We are looking for a Visio & Process Mapping Specialist to document, design, and optimize business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to create clear process maps, workflows, and SOPs using Microsoft Visio while supporting process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain process maps, workflows, and SOPs using Microsoft Visio.Collaborate with stakeholders to document end-to-end business processes.Analyze and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.Ensure process documentation is accurate, standardized, and governance-compliant.Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsProven experience with Microsoft Visio and process mapping.Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in process improvement or transformation projects is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes into clear visual workflows.
