Process Modeller / Process Analyst📍 Location: Utrecht / Hybrid📅 Start: 1 November 2026📅 Contract: Until 31 March 2027🏢 Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays🗣️ Language: Dutch required We are looking for an experienced Process Modeller / Process Analyst to join a large and complex organisation based in Utrecht.You will be responsible for analysing, documenting and modelling business processes using ARIS and BPMN, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure processes are accurate, validated and aligned with established standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document existing business processesDevelop process flows using BPMNCreate and maintain process models in ARISConduct process inventories and stakeholder interviewsFacilitate workshops and working sessionsProcess feedback and review commentsEnsure process models align with wider organisational standardsSupport governance, compliance, audits and continuous process improvementMaintain progress updates and action lists Key RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in process analysis and process modellingStrong hands-on experience with ARIS - mandatoryStrong knowledge of BPMNExperience working within a large, complex organisation (5,000+ employees/workplaces)Strong analytical and advisory capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAble to work independently and quickly bring structure to complex environmentsHBO/WO level of working and thinkingFluent Dutch, both spoken and written - mandatory This is a strong opportunity for an experienced process professional who enjoys working in complex environments and collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
