Process Operator – Key Responsibilities & Job DescriptionPosition: Process OperatorLocation: VSEZ, Duvvada, VisakhapatnamIndustry: Biodiesel ManufacturingKey ResponsibilitiesProduction OperationsOperate and monitor biodiesel plant equipment and processes as per SOPs.Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations during the shift.Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels.Maintain optimum production efficiency and product quality.Bleacher & Deodorizer OperationsHandle Bleacher and Deodorizer (Deo) operations safely and efficiently.Monitor vacuum systems, steam consumption, and process conditions.Ensure proper dosing of process chemicals and additives.Maintain product quality specifications during processing.Job Description (JD)Qualification:Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline.ITI candidates with relevant process plant experience may also be considered.Experience:2 to 5 years of experience in Process Operations.Experience in Edible Oil, Biodiesel, Oleochemical, or Continuous Process Industries preferred.Exposure to Bleacher & Deodorizer operations is mandatory/preferred.Skills Required:Knowledge of process equipment, pumps, valves, reactors, and heat exchangers.Understanding of process flow diagrams and operating procedures.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in rotating shifts.Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Candidate Profile:Immediate joiners preferred.Experience in Edible Oil Processing/Biodiesel Plants.Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.Reporting To: Shift In-charge / Production ManagerLocation: IDHAN PRIVATE LIMITED, VSEZ Duvvada, Visakhapatnam.
