Job Description

An outstanding university degree with a focus on business or information technology (ideally with majors in process mining, data analytics, process management, business intelligence, etc.)

• Initial practical knowledge in one of our focus areas: Process mining (Celonis, Signavio, etc.), business process management & process modeling (BPMN), RPA (PowerBI, UiPath, etc.),
• Ideally, basic knowledge of SQL and ERP (SAP) systems
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Excellent English skills, Arabic skills are an advantage
• Independent working style, high reliability, and team spirit
• Desire for management consulting and a steep learning curve
• Based on process mining, you analyze processes across industries (Public, Finance, Retail, luxury goods, etc.) in logistics, production, as well as support processes such as purchase-to-pay, accounts payable, order-to-cash, etc.
• You support your project team in the end-to-end delivery of process mining projects, starting with the conception of a value-driven approach, requirements engineering, the technical setup of the data model, through to the creation of analyses and implementation of corresponding optimization measures
• You work with your project team to develop value-driven value assessments to advise clients on selecting suitable processes & use cases for analysis in process mining
• You independently design and create analyses, evaluate key figures, and derive important insights into process inefficiencies and their causes
• You present the most important analysis findings and KPIs to management, calculate business cases for identified process inefficiencies, and assess potential optimization measures based on these
