Process Technician (Dermis Tissue Processing)Location: Edison, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | [1st/2nd Shift] Pay: $20-$28/hr (based on experience) Work Environment: Onsite | ISO-Certified CleanroomAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking Process Technicians to join a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving and saving lives through the processing of donated human tissue for transplant procedures. In this role, you will work within a highly regulated cleanroom environment, supporting the preparation and processing of human tissue that will be utilized in life-saving medical applications.This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with biological materials, and passionate about contributing to meaningful healthcare outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aseptic processing of human tissue within an ISO-certified cleanroom environment.Follow detailed SOPs and regulated procedures to prepare, measure, package, and label tissue products.Maintain sterile conditions through routine cleaning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring.Accurately complete controlled documentation, batch records, and data entry.Prepare chemicals, reagents, and cleaning solutions according to written procedures.Conduct quality inspections of processed tissue and associated documentation.Utilize measuring devices including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and graduated cylinders.Ensure proper material accountability and traceability throughout the production process.Adhere to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Comfortable working with human tissue, blood, and other biological materials.Experience working in a regulated environment such as:Pharmaceutical manufacturingBiotechnologyMedical device productionTissue processingHealthcareCleanroom manufacturingExperience following SOPs, documentation requirements, and quality standards.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, measurements, and unit conversions.Preferred QualificationsPrior cleanroom experience (ISO Class 5 or higher preferred).Experience as a:Surgical TechnicianSterile Processing TechnicianCentral Supply TechnicianHospital TechnicianHome Health ProfessionalMortuary/Funeral Home ProfessionalSimilar healthcare or laboratory professionalForeign-trained physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals are highly encouraged to apply.
