Process Technician - Ecoat

Our manufacturing client in the Newmarket, ON area is looking for a Process Technician-ECoat to join their team. If you have experience in e-coat, chemical testing, and wastewater in a manufacturing environment and in need of a change, then read on!What You'll DoMonitor and maintain e-coat, wastewater, and conveyor systemsPerform chemical/process testing and make process adjustmentsConduct quality and performance testing on finished partsTroubleshoot and maintain process equipmentComplete routine maintenance and equipment monitoringSupport process reporting and maintain accurate recordsWhat We're Looking ForChemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, or combination of related education/experience5+ years in e-coating, plating, chemical processing, or similar manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of e-coat processes and equipmentSPC, Gage R&R, calibration, and quality systems experience is an assetStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsPay: Up to $34.71/hr + shift premiums ($0.75/hr afternoons, $0.90/hr nights)Perks: benefits, pension, profit sharing, shift premiumsShift: Rotating shifts: every 3 months
