Process Technician - EveningsThe Manufacturing Technician is a hands-on technical role supporting advanced balloon manufacturing processes and equipment used in the production of medical devices. The position involves troubleshooting, problem solving, equipment support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This is not a traditional assembly-line role, the balloons area consists of 20+ standalone balloon machines; successful candidates will have strong technical aptitude, enjoy working with equipment and processes, and be comfortable identifying and resolving manufacturing issues in a regulated environment. Although there is some equipment maintenance involved, this is not a strictly maintenance role. 60%-70% of this role consists of process troubleshooting.Particularly interested in candidates that have a trade (Electricians, fitters, tool makers, mechanics), and people that would have previous technician experience in medical device manufacturing.
