V Job description Job Title: Soft Skills TrainerLocation: GurgaonDepartment: Learning & Development / TrainingKey Responsibilities -Conduct soft skills training programs on communication, customer service, presentation skills, email etiquette, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.Identify training needs through discussions with stakeholders, audits, and performance analysis.Design and update training modules, assessments, and learning materials.Deliver classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and observations.Conduct refresher training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.Coach and mentor employees on behavioral skills and professional conduct.Desired Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.Fluency in English and Hindi.Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.2-7 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in BPO, Insurance, or Sales environments.Experience in conducting behavorial and communication training programs.Interested candidates can connect via call/ whatsapp - 8368529190 Or Email- anmolchawla@policybazaar.com
