Processing Officer (Portuguese-Speaking)

About the Role

We are hiring a highly organised and detail-oriented Processing Officer to join our Dubai-based Processing / Operations team.This role is focused on the accurate and efficient processing of documentation, including document verification, quality control, record keeping and preparation of official documents.You will work closely with internal and international teams to ensure applications progress smoothly and that all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Review and cross-check documents against approved application information.Verify personal details, passport information and supporting documentation.Identify discrepancies, missing information or errors and ensure these are followed up.Prepare certificates and other official documentation accurately.Maintain accurate records, trackers and case documentation.Monitor outstanding items and ensure cases progress within required timelines.Coordinate with internal and international teams regarding documentation and processing requirements.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive personal information.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.Good written and spoken English.Previous experience in processing, administration, document control, compliance, immigration, citizenship, residency or a similar environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Professional, discreet and comfortable working with confidential information.What We're Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is methodical, reliable, proactive and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.Experience within Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, immigration, legal, government or financial services would be advantageous.Interested candidates to apply via email to: careers@plgroup.com We look forward to hearing from you!*ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
