Role holder will be required to validate data input by the Processing Team member interfacing with internal Business Units and resolve routine problems related to regular transactions/tasks. The role requires technical and process knowhow, knowledge of complex practices and procedures and adequate problem solving skills. In transaction processing roles, role holder acts as a technical point of reference within the delegated authority levels. In the information support roles, role holder often process complex information using structured procedures and offer preliminary analysis for use at higher levels. In both cases, there is a need to ensure that all work carried out meets with technical requirements and complies with procedural guidelines.Description for Internal CandidatesMain ActivitiesImplement compliance and control procedures in order to ensure that all tasks are performed as per procedural requirements.Contact point for liaising with BackOffice in relation to all archival documentsManage CB UAE requirements on identifying the account and managing closure with Business and TanfeethHandle the 4 Cheque Return Activity in line with the CBUAE guidelines to ensure all accounts are closed in timely mannerAddress and resolve day-to-day problems raised by other business units in order to achieve timely and satisfactory solutions.Reconciliation of Takaful Payable Account on a monthly basis and ensure correct amounts are being paid to the service provider – MARS submission to be performed for the respective accountsReconciliation of Documents recalled from Archival to ensure all recalled documents have been returnedApply up-to-date knowledge of procedures and practices relevant to own area of work in order to ensure accurate work completion and compliance.Support in other Ops related projects system UATs.Controlling and monitoring of Retail Product Forms by liaising with the Vendor and Business.

High School educationPreferably experience in Banking OperationsSkilled in using MS OfficeUAE National with family book is a must
