Procurement Accountant

We are looking for a Procurement Accountant to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement-related accounting transactions, supplier reconciliations, cost tracking, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records for residential villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies Record procurement transactions and maintain accurate accounting records Monitor project material costs and cost centers Ensure VAT compliance and support month-end closing activities Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within construction/contracting companies Strong understanding of procurement accounting and cost control Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
