Right Price.📍 Operating in 32 countries | 5,500+ Employees🌐 www.net2source.com | 📧 remya@net2source.aeJob Title: Procurement & Contract Section HeadJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Procurement & Contract Section Head to lead procurement, contract administration, supplier management, and related operational activities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on competitive sourcing, transparency, and value for money.Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, renewals, and compliance.Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and service standards.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi procurement regulations, policies, and internal governance frameworks.Lead procurement planning, tendering, and evaluation processes in coordination with internal departments.Develop and maintain procurement, contract, and operations SOPs/manuals.Prepare and monitor procurement KPIs, cost savings, and operational efficiency reports.Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and supplier management team.Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies and standards.Key Requirements:12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Strong experience in procurement, contract management, supplier management, governance, and general services.Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, financial oversight, and contract administration.Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
