Apply & track with Apply EdgeProcurement & Contracts Manager / Procurement & Contracts SpecialistLocation: Surrey | Hybrid – 3 days per week in the officeSalariesProcurement & Contracts Manager: £50,000 - £65,000 + packageProcurement & Contracts Specialist: £35,000 - £45,000 + packageWe are supporting a large, complex organisation with the continued growth of its Procurement & Supply Chain function and are looking to appoint at two different levels.Both roles will support a varied portfolio of technical products and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve commercial outcomes, strengthen supplier performance and manage risk.Procurement & Contracts Manager, £50,000 - £65,000A more senior role taking ownership of complex sourcing and contract activity while acting as a trusted procurement partner to the wider business.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute sourcing strategies across a varied portfolio of goods and servicesLead competitive tenders and negotiate medium to high-value commercial agreementsBuild strong stakeholder relationships and encourage early Procurement involvementManage contractual and supply-chain risk, supplier performance and SRM activitySupport wider procurement transformation and Source-to-Pay improvementsWhat we are looking for:Around 5+ years' strategic procurement, contracts or supply chain experienceStrong end-to-end sourcing and tender management capabilityProven experience negotiating significant commercial contractsExcellent stakeholder management, commercial judgement and analytical skillsMCIPS qualified or working towards completion would be advantageousProcurement & Contracts Specialist, £35,000 - £45,000A great opportunity for someone earlier in their procurement career to develop across sourcing, contracts, supplier management and procurement transformation.Key responsibilities:Support contract administration, governance and contract change activityProvide spend, supplier and performance analysis to support commercial decisionsRun lower-complexity sourcing exercises and supplier selection processesSupport supplier performance, SRM and supply-chain risk monitoringContribute to procurement process, technology and Source-to-Pay improvementsWhat we are looking for:Previous experience within procurement, commercial, contracts or supply chain would be beneficialStrong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfidence working with stakeholders across different areas of a businessAn interest in building a long-term career within Procurement & Supply ChainWhy consider these opportunities?Join a substantial and well-established Procurement & Supply Chain functionGain exposure to complex sourcing, contracts and supplier relationshipsWork across significant organisational spend and varied technical requirementsBe part of an ongoing procurement and technology transformationStrong scope for development and progression
