LHF Interiors | Lafayette, CA | Full-Time | HybridLHF Interiors is growing, and we’re looking for a Procurement & Studio Coordinator to join our team in Lafayette.We’re a residential interior design firm working on renovations, additions, new construction and furnishing projects throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Our work is highly detailed and collaborative, and as the firm grows, we’re bringing procurement in-house to create even more consistency across our projects and operations.About the RoleThe Procurement & Studio Coordinator manages the operational side of our projects from approved selections through construction, delivery and installation.You’ll oversee purchasing, vendor coordination, order tracking, freight and receiving while also supporting project schedules, budgets, billing and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Principal and design team and serve as the primary point of contact for many of our vendors, workrooms, fabricators and receiving partners.This is an operations and procurement role, not a junior interior design position or pathway into design. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys organization, logistics and problem-solving and is comfortable managing many moving pieces at once.ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Project CoordinationManage purchasing and procurement in Studio Designer from approved selection through delivery and installationObtain and verify vendor quotes, pricing, freight, lead times and specificationsPrepare purchase orders for Principal approval and place orders once client funds have clearedReview acknowledgments and track production, shipping, COM/CFA requirements and delivery statusCoordinate furnishings, fixtures, finishes and construction-related materialsCoordinate freight, receiving, storage, delivery and installationResolve damages, returns, discrepancies, backorders and warranty claimsServe as the primary contact for vendors, workrooms, fabricators, warehouses and delivery partnersMaintain accurate project and order information in Studio DesignerPrepare the weekly procurement report and lead the weekly procurement meetingSupport project schedules and construction/install coordinationBilling & Project OperationsCollect weekly time entries and prepare time reportsPrepare monthly client invoices for Principal approval and follow up on open balancesTrack client deposits and reconcile vendor invoices against approved purchase ordersSet up new projects and maintain project schedules, FF&E schedules, installation calendars and AsanaMaintain project budget trackers and flag changes to the design teamRecord meeting notes and action itemsAssist with proposals, presentation documents and project closeoutStudio OperationsMaintain the materials and sample library and track samples, CFAs and memosReceive packages and manage supplies and vendor paperworkCoordinate client meetings and site visitsRun occasional local showroom, client and job-site errandsSupport installations and styling days, including light liftingAssist with photography and social media content as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, project coordination or studio operations; residential interior design experience strongly preferredExperience with Studio Designer or a comparable procurement/project management platformFamiliarity with custom furnishings, lighting, fabrics, rugs, window treatments and workroom processesUnderstanding of freight, receiving and installation logisticsComfortable managing purchase orders, vendor payments and client billing with accuracy and discretionStrong Excel and Word skills; Canva experience is a plusExcellent organization, attention to detail and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple active projects and ordersReliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance for local site visits and errandsBenefits$60,000 to $70,000Full benefits, mileage reimbursement, paid PTO and paid studio holidays.
