🚀 We’re Hiring | Procurement & Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Baner, PuneExperience: 8–10 yearsLevel: Mid-ManagementIndustry: Automotive / Electronics ManufacturingAt BRIGHTBLU, we are scaling our manufacturing operations and are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our supply chain.This is not a conventional procurement role.You will have the opportunity to build the entire supply chain function at BRIGHTBLU from the ground up — including supplier development, strategic sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics and supply continuity.What you will own• Build and develop BRIGHTBLU’s supplier ecosystem• Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations• Develop alternate sources for critical components• Own material planning and ensure uninterrupted production• Build inventory and working-capital management systems• Drive supplier performance across Quality, Cost & Delivery• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance• Drive cost reduction, localisation and VA/VE initiatives• Build scalable procurement and supply-chain processes and systems• Develop the supply chain required to support BRIGHTBLU’s next phase of growthWho we are looking for• 8–10 years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain• Strong background in Automotive, Automotive Components, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills• Experience with electronic, electrical and mechanical components• Understanding of MRP, inventory planning and manufacturing supply chains• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment• Someone who wants to build, take ownership and make things happenExperience with EVs, EV charging, power electronics, automotive electronics or OEM/Tier-1 suppliers will be an advantage.Why this role?You won’t be stepping into an established supply-chain machine.You will build it.From supplier strategy and sourcing to inventory, logistics and production readiness — you will have the opportunity to design the system, build the team and own the outcome.If you are someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining, we’d love to hear from you.📍 Location: Baner, PuneHow to Apply📩 Send your CV to HR@brightblu.comSubject: Application – Procurement & Supply Chain ManagerPlease include the following in your email:Current role & total experienceAutomotive / electronics manufacturing experienceCurrent procurement / supply-chain responsibilitiesCurrent location & notice periodPlease apply by email rather than DM.#Hiring #Procurement #SupplyChain #Automotive #Electronics #EV #EVCharging #Pune #Manufacturing #StrategicSourcing
