We believe eMobility can create a more sustainable, affordable and resilient future—for people, businesses and the planet.As we continue to expand our charging network, we are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional to join our team and play a key role in building and managing a robust EV charging supply chain.The RoleAs Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic procurement, contracts, supplier relationships and logistics while working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Business Development and other internal teams.You will play a critical role in ensuring that the right products and services are sourced at the right quality, cost and time to support GLIDA's growing EV charging network.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and manage RFPs, contracts and commercial documentation.Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions and order placement with suppliers.Develop, manage, price and maintain contracts with EV charging installation and service partners.Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to contractual, commercial and service commitments.Handle import and export logistics, including coordination with relevant stakeholders and service providers.Work closely with the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team to ensure timely availability of materials, services and support.Support the Administration & Office team with indirect procurement requirements.Collaborate with the Business Development team on procurement inputs and commercial requirements for bids and tenders.Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, procurement processes and supply-chain resilience.Contribute to building a scalable procurement and supply-chain ecosystem aligned with GLIDA's growth plans.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.5–10 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.Experience in the EV charging / electric mobility industry will be an advantage, particularly 3+ years of relevant industry experience.Hands-on experience in indirect procurement.Understanding of EV charging stations, equipment and their supply chain.Strong understanding of commercial terms, contracts and negotiations.Practical experience with import/export procedures and logistics.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Why Join GLIDA?At GLIDA, you won't just be managing procurement—you'll be helping build the ecosystem that enables the EVolution.If you're someone who enjoys solving complex supply-chain challenges, building strong supplier partnerships and wants to contribute to the future of electric mobility, we'd love to hear from you.Join GLIDA.
