Procurement Analyst- 1 year contract

With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Procurement Analyst for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.Purpose-The role involves Order support, supplier analysis, spend management, GRN support, contract support, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement process improvement.Responsibility- Analyze procurement spending data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.Support sourcing and supplier selection processes through market research and supplier evaluations.Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and bid comparison analyses.Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.Monitor procurement performance metrics and generate regular reports and dashboards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and demand forecasts.Conduct price benchmarking and market trend analysis to support sourcing strategies.Assist in contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk assessment processes.Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within procurement operations.Support inventory optimization and supply continuity initiatives where applicable.Skills-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related discipline).Additional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification will be an advantage.Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing functions.Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.
