Procurement Analyst - Assistant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Procurement Analyst (Building Construction)Location: Dubai (Onsite)Salary: Maximum upto AED 10,000Must have: Experience with procurement analytics in construction industryEducation: Btech (civil) must have - MBA preferredExperience with advance Excel, Power BIRequired Skills & Experience:2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, procurement reporting, or supply chain analytics.Mandatory: Construction industry experience with exposure to procurement analytics/spend analysis.Strong Power BI – Dashboard Development skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.Strong understanding of Procurement Analytics, Spend Analysis & MIS Reporting.Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.B.Tech – Civil Engineering + MBA.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare procurement, operational, financial, and performance reports for senior management.Conduct spend analysis, identify trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement performance gaps.Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven presentations.Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.Support cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.Validate and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.Prepare management presentations and communicate key insights and recommendations.Coordinate with procurement, commercial, project, finance, and technical teams.Bridge technical/project teams and management to ensure alignment with business objectives.Support procurement performance improvement and business case preparation.
